Pooch's day out!

Just like us, our furry babies love outings. My own pet starts jumping around when he hears the jingling of car keys and one of us saying "Let's go Leo!"
We all have noticed the excitement on their faces and enjoyment of car rides. They cannot just sit still in the car. They want to see all around and I think they try to eat the air! Leo starts barking the moment I stop the car for traffic signals. :p
As a pet parent, we should take our pets for outings, and not just visit to the VET. It is as important as socializing him to his environment.

1) They sniff new smells which is a good activity for their brain. Let them take their time to sniff properly until they are satisfied.

2) They discover new types of organisms like insects and birds. The look on their faces change from confused to curious in just fraction of seconds.

3) Sometimes, they also come across different mammals like horses, goats, cows, monkeys, etc. This is the time when we can talk and teach our pet about different animals. Thus, teaching them about their surroundings.
Once I took Leo out for a walk and there were 2 horses across the street. I stopped and made Leo sit and observe. I was amazed to see that the horses were observing Leo too. I could make out from their body language that if I let Leo free, they would not harm him.

4) They need open space to just run around without boundaries. It is good for their muscles and keeps them active and not become lethargic.
If you put up in Bangalore city, you can visit LeoPaw. It has endless area for your pooch to run around and the pet parents can enjoy a cup of coffee in the pleasant weather of the city. There is no happy vibe compared to watching your pet socializing and playing with other dogs.

5) Lastly, do not forget to take their water bowls and their play toys like ball or frizbee.

So, Go out and live the best of your life with your pooch because having fun is something we all seek!
